Crown reduction.

The reduction in height and/or spread of the crown (the foliage bearing portions) of a tree. Crown reduction may be used to reduce mechanical stress on individual branches or the whole tree, make the tree more suited to its immediate environment or to reduce the effects of shading and light loss, etc.

Tree felling.

Felling is the process of removing a tree whether that be from an aerial dismantle or a ground fell. Felling may happen for many different reasons, whether that be the tree has disease, poor health. It may be a danger or in the way for future projects.

Hedgetrimming.

Hedgetrimming is a method of maintaining certain types of plants to form hedgerows or keep plants shaped to desired heights shapes and sizes.

Stump Grinding.

We provide stump grinding services to remove any unwanted stumps. Whether it’s to make way for planting or to create options to use the space, our stump grinder can do so quickly and safely.

Planting.

Crown thinning.

Crown thinning is the removal of a portion of smaller/tertiary branches, usually at the outer crown, to produce a uniform density of foliage around an evenly spaced branch structure. It is usually confined to broad-leaved species. Crown thinning does not alter the overall size or shape of the tree.

Aerial inspection/ reports.

Aerial reports give you the most accurate inspection method. The tree is climbed throughout and professional eyes will report down health and safety risks with the tree. Filed as a report with recommendations if any.
